With AccountLinx, you can easily transfer your time and attendance information from The JobClock System to many accounting and payroll management packages.

This information is even more useful when it's transferred to your accounting package - you can take advantage of the features offered by your software to pay your employees, further analyze job costs, and better view job productivity.

Step 1: Using TimeSummit, review, edit, and report on your workers' hours collected by The JobClock System.

Step 2: Using AccountLinx, select the payroll period/date range for export.

Step 3: Select the workers whose information you need to export.

Step 4: Click Export, and watch AccountLinx go to work!

That's all there is to it.  AccountLinx automatically handles the complex and unique formatting requirements of each accounting and payroll package so you don't have to!  What's more, if your accounting package supports it, AccountLinx exports detailed cost code information, so you can use the job costing features of your package.

What if I don't see the accounting or payroll package that I use in your list?

Is overtime broken out for the export to my accounting package?

Yes, if your accounting package supports importing overtime, AccountLinx will export it.

Can I export cost codes?

Yes, each of the cost codes you use in TimeSummit can be edited, along with an associated cost code ID, to your accounting package.

Do I need both the AccountLinx and TimeSummit applications?

You need both applications.  TimeSummit allows you to edit, organize, manage, and report on the data gathered from your JobClocks and PocketClocks.   AccountLinx reads that information, then applies the special formatting, processing, naming, and assignment rules required by the various accounting packages.
