If you are not satisfied for any reason with your JobClock System, you may return it within thirty (30) days by following the procedure below.  With the exception of shipping costs, you will receive a full refund of the price of your JobClock System except for the shipping costs. All items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for the return. Exaktime may assess a 20% restocking fee for items not in like-new condition.

After thirty (30) days, all sales are final. Original shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Product reorders are not eligible for the 30 day money-back guarantee.

Palm products, modems and handheld devices cannot be returned.

Return Procedures

A  return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that can be obtained along with the return instructions, by contacting Exaktime at 888.788.8463.

A reminder: The RMA number must be clearly marked on the box. You must ship the package insured against damage or loss, and you must include package tracking. Exaktime is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. We cannot accept returns that do not have an RMA number marked on the box.
