Once your records have been transferred to TimeSummit, you can generate over 25
accurate, easy-to-read reports. You can also create reports that focus only on the dates, employees or jobsites you need using
TimeSummit’s powerful filtering options.

the help of business owners and payroll managers to quickly deliver information
that helps you to manage your employees and your business.

Employee Time Card
This report displays daily totals for each employee in the specified date range in a traditional timecard format.
|
|
Employee Touch Detail
This report displays all Start (In) and Stop (Out) times that an employee has for the specified date range.
|
|
Executive Summary – Employees
This report displays a summary of the total hours worked each day by each employee for a given week or specified date range.
|
|
Executive Summary – Jobsites
This report displays a summary of the total hours worked each day at each jobsite for a given week or specified date range.
|

Jobsite by Employee
This report displays the total hours worked by each employee at every jobsite.
|
|
Cost Code by Jobsite
This report displays the total hours for each activity/cost code at every jobsite.

Filtering
With TimeSummit's filtering options, you can choose the details of your report. You can filter by employees,
jobsites or cost codes, tailoring each report to exactly what you want to review.

Exporting
Print your reports or preview them on screen. You can also export your reports to Excel for further calculations,
to a PDF document for easy sharing of your reports, or to HTML to send as an email. Using AccountLinx software you can
export directly to your accounting or payroll software.

Overtime Calculation
TimeSummit calculates and tracks daily and weekly overtime hours separately, so you can understand where your costs are increasing.
