JobClock is a rugged battery-powered portable timeclock that is locked down at each jobsite 24 hours a day, rain or shine.
Each worker carries keytabs on their own keyring that identifies them in the system. Using the JobClock is simple:

Workers touch in and out every day.
Attach the battery-powered, weatherproof JobClock at each of your jobsites. Workers carry green and red Keytabs on their keyrings to clock in and out.
Green for go, red for stop. Simple and easy for your workers to use.
Supervisors collect attendance records.
Use a PDA to collect time and attendance records from each JobClock. The in and out records can be previewed right at the jobsite.
Workers no longer have to fill in timecards and you no longer have to decipher them.
You print attendance reports in seconds.
TimeSummit® software creates easy-to-read reports for employees, jobsites, or activities. You can also export data directly into most accounting and payroll systems.
Eliminate time-consuming payroll calculations.

The JobClock is the # 1 selling timekeeping solution in the construction industry today because it is...
- Easy to use: Workers clock in and out simply by touching their Keytabs to the JobClock.
- 100% accurate: JobClock takes the guesswork out of payroll and eliminates time "rounding" and "fudging."
- Rugged: Freeze it. Bake it. Shake it. The JobClock operates from -10F to 170F and survives vibration from equipment and machinery.
- Weatherproof: Leave it in the rain, snow, sleet, frost, heat, dust - without worry.
- 100% reliable: The JobClock stores up to 10,000 time records, even if the battery runs out. That's 3 to 9 months of data for most JobClock users!
- Battery-powered: The JobClock is powered by a 3-volt lithium battery that lasts four to six months.
- Portable: Move to a new jobsite at any time.

Keytabs or FastTrakker
Keytabs are what your workers use to clock in and out. Made of ruggedized plastic, each Keytab houses a stainless steel encased ID chip.
Got guys traveling to a different site? Use the yellow "travel" Keytab to track travel between jobsites. Multiple cost codes?
Track up to 10 with our colored Keytabs. Just assign a code to a color.
It's easy to assign Keytabs to each employee using TimeSummit software. And the Keytabs can be reassigned to different
workers at any time.
If you track more than 10 cost codes, your workers can use FastTrakker to clock in instead of using Keytabs. FastTrakker is a handheld
device that you can load with up to 1,000 cost codes of your choice. Workers simply select the cost code (work activity) on the LCD menu,
then touch their FastTrakker to the JobClock.

FastTrakker Pro for Record Collection
FastTrakker Pro is the simple and convenient way for supervisors to collect time records from as many JobClocks as you choose. In collection
mode, a supervisor simply points his FastTrakker Pro at a JobClock and the time records are copied from the JobClock in seconds using its built-in
infrared receiver. They can then bring the FastTrakker Pro back to the office to load the information into TimeSummit. Or, they can transmit the data over
the Internet using a PC with RemoteLinx™ software.
You can also use a PDA (Windows Mobile or Palm OS) to collect records. Click here to see a list of compatible PDAs.
